With out a doubt one of the best drummers I,ve seen. He had a combination of speed and finess. When I worked for SRC in the early years one of my jobs was to set up his drums at a gig. He played a Preimer kit with double bass drums four bass toms and two floor toms. A kit similar to Keith Moons. I was amazed at how fast and in the pocket he was. Some drummers use big kits for show. Not EG. He used the entire kit like the professional he was.
