In all my years since those early years of 1967 through early 1969, I have never seen any live footage of SRC performing, nor do I ever recall anybody ever filming such, especially during an indoor performance. Without bright floodlights, it was nearly impossible back then with the old Super8 movie cameras. My guess is that any successful shooting would have to have been done at an outdoor concert during daylight hours, but I have never seen such. The earliest live footage, I ever recall seeing, was the black&white televised performance from Detroit's Public Television WTVS (perhaps latter 1969), but the resolution on that video-recording is horrible. Even decent still-photographs of the early band seem so rare to find. Of the photographs of the original members of SRC, I would rate the work of photographer Andy Sacks as the best. He did the promotion photographs, as well as some during performances, back when the group was known as The Scot Richard Case and managed by Hugh "Jeep" Holland.
