How to order Shade of Blue CD from Spain?

Good morning.

I would like to order Gary's CD, Shade of Blue, but I'm having some trouble since I live in Spain, I don't know how much the shipping could be, and I can't send a check or money order because the spanish ones are probably not compatible with US standards, so I wonder if I could send the payment through Pay Pal or through a bank wire transfer (I would need an IBAN code to do so).

Does anybody know how can I manage that or who to contact?

Do you mean to put the money in an envelope and ship it as if it were just papers?
Wouldn't it be some trouble if one of those security machines detect the copper string inside the papermoney?

Shouldn't it be better to just send it through Pay Pal or though a bank wire transfer?

Finally, and as I don't think that sending paper money by mail is a safe way for sending money, I've convinced a friend of mine from Cambridge, MA, to buy it and then ship it to Spain. Everything went fine and now I'm listening to this great blues CD.
